How far is the nearest boat ramp?

.8 mile (Yes, it’s that close!)

What’s the parking situation?

There is ample parking on the side, and front of the house, as well as a covered structure, all large enough for boats.

I need details about the sleeping situation.

The main space has (2) Queen Nectar beds, a plush air mattress, and (2) comfy couches. The bunkhouse has a futon, and a trundle bed. In all, we’ve hosted groups as large as 12, and done so with no issues.

Tell me about the bunkhouse…

Think camping with all the creature comforts. It’s a small, yet spacious dwelling perfect for those late minute extra guests, in-laws to sleep in peace and quiet with a full bathroom, HVAC for year round comfort. It’s not a playhouse and is only available per request, and by number of total guests to ensure capacity, and an enjoyable stay.

Can we request an early check-in / late check-out?

Absolutely! Please let us know as soon as possible. In most cases we’re happy to provide either or both.

Is there outdoor electrical outlets?

Yes! There are numerous outdoor outlets to plug in your boats, etc. The covered parking structure has outlets, and lights.

Can we bring our pets?

Absolutely. However, we have to add an additional charge for pets.

What makes us different than other locations?

There are amazing hosts in this same area who all provide wonderful stays. Our stand on this is to stay at a variety of locations to see which one best suits your personal needs, travel plans. Alot can be learned from simply looking thru photos, or sending a DM.

Tell me about the neighborhood...

Sure. It’s in a private, rural country-like setting with a major highway just up the road. Our neighbors are amazing people and very welcoming.
